Bison steak from the Czech Canada region

Czech Canada, as the name implies, can be compared to the landscape of the county with the same name on the North American continent. It received this name due to its climate and natural character. Thanks to its similar natural conditions, Czech Canada is also a suitable place for breeding bison.

At Bison Ranch you can see North American bison. The restaurant and guest house are surrounded by a fence, separating the residential area from dozens of bison. The Bison ranch is set in the nature of Czech Canada, a combination that creates an extremely pleasant environment. In the themed restaurant you can taste renowned dishes made of quality fresh bison meat. The combination of a pleasant environment and excellent gastronomy provides an unforgettable experience.

The capacity of the restaurant is over 60 seats and it is a great place for teambuilding and other similar events.

After a quality lunch, enjoy a tour of the small Grasel brewery in nearby Český Rudolec. The Grasel Brewery continued the history of beer brewing in 2015, and today the staff here brew their beers according to their own recipes. The brew-master will guide you through the newly built brewery, and a small tasting of beer from this brewery will be part of the tour. All of the names of the beer brewed here are linked to the history of this area – and how better to immerse yourself in history than over a jug of beer!
